China Bistro’s debut in Ealing, led by Sanjay Vazirani, introduces Tangra cuisine’s vibrant fusion of Hakka Chinese and Indian flavours, paired with contemporary interiors and an exceptional dining experience.
West London is set to welcome a bold new culinary experience as China Bistro, the international award-winning restaurant specialising in Tangra-style Pan-Asian cuisine, prepares to open in Ealing Broadway next month. This will be the brand’s first venture into Europe and marks an important milestone in its broader UK expansion strategy.
With 18 well-established locations across India and the UAE, China Bistro has earned its reputation for Tangra cuisine – a distinctive fusion of Kolkata’s historic Hakka Chinese culinary traditions with the robust, spice-driven flavours of India. The new Ealing restaurant will showcase signature dishes such as Chicken Basil Dumplings, Eight Treasure Soup, Mao’s Favourite Chicken, and Wok-Tossed Hakka Noodles, alongside live robata grills, dim sum counters, and a theatrical open kitchen.
Located on The Green in Ealing, the 90-seat establishment will feature interiors inspired by ancient Chinese warriors, blending authentic cooking styles with modern design. The drinks menu will include Asian-inspired cocktails like The Great Wall and Wild China, alongside jasmine teas and expertly selected wines to complement the vibrant flavours on offer.
Founded in 2003 by Sanjay Vazirani, China Bistro operates across luxury catering, banquets, restaurants, and event partnerships in 30 countries worldwide. The move into London reflects the brand’s strategic growth into the UK market.
