The collaborative culinary approach draws on the distinctive traditions of multiple micro-cuisines, creating a menu that celebrates both authenticity and innovation.
Signature dishes include the Forest Pepper Crab Dosa, a Tamil Nadu-inspired dosa filled with crab meat and forest pepper masala, the Goan Shrimp Balchão, featuring 48-hour aged braised shrimp served on crisp melba toast, and the Lobster Ghee Roast, inspired by the bold coastal flavours of southern India.

The venue also features an intimate 10-seat private dining room for exclusive dining experiences.
